Biography / Experience

Sue joined the Company in 1998 as an administrator and has gained a wealth of experience over the years in Employee Benefits, including Group Pension Schemes, Risk Benefits (life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection) and Medical Insurance.  She has now taken on the role of Corporate Risk Adviser and works alongside the Corporate Team assisting in Group Pension Scheme administration and associated matters.

Examples Include

Sue has recently re-structured various client’s death in service schemes, identifying the need for some members to be switched from a registered scheme to an excepted scheme, due to lifetime allowance and fixed protection needs.

Sue has looked at the overall eligibility and definitions for a client for various risk benefit schemes to ensure that in the event of a claim the provider would settle without delay and to ensure members of staff were covered in the correct schemes in line with their benefit package.

Sue ensures pension contributions are allocated to member’s plans correctly, on a monthly basis, and deals with day to day enquiries from employers and their members on their pension plans.

Personal Interests

Sue tries to keep fit by going to the gym, swimming, walking and cycling.  She is a keen gardener and likes to read and listen to music.  Sue loves spending time with her family and friends who are very important to her.
